2. Submit payment of $75.00 (checks payable to NDMS) with the above items in an envelope clearly marked with your student’s name and homeroom. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Chaperoness

The 8th Grade Trip will be chaperoned by a combination of faculty members (3)and parents (7). If you are interested in submitting your name for the “Parental Chaperone Raffle”, please contact Mrs. Biffen at 421-7883 or office@ndmiddle.org prior to Wednesday, March 31^st. Parent Chaperones will be drawn on the afternoon of March 31^st and will be contacted to confirm their ability to participate.
